After running low, I ordered some products online, but didn't remember the exact name of my perfume. I ordered products with a similar name, in hopes it would be the right one. Shortly after, I received a call from Mohamed himself and with his extensive knowledge, he guided me to the exact perfume that I was looking for and adjusted my order accordingly. I later found out that my package was lost by Canada Post, as my order was placed during the busy holiday season. When I contacted the shop, the problem was promptly rectified and a new order was quickly delivered. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
