Credit adjustments to method of payment are subject to a charge of $3 plus 5% of credit amount. This is to cover the transaction fee charged by credit/debit cards.
Notification must be made within 7 days of delivery for issues relating to orders being wrong, missing items, or not the correct product. Notification must include the invoice number, names of the person(s) who filled and packaged the order, along with detailed information of what the issue is. Failure to follow the above guidelines may result in not being able to compensate or correct for the issue.
If you feel that a fragrance or essential oil is incorrect you may mail it back to be tested. If it is found to be incorrect, the correct item will be sent to you, and compensation given for the cost of shipping the returned product. The amount of compensation for shipping shale not exceed the cost of standard shipping through the lowest possible rate of first class mail for packages under 13 oz., priority mail or ground service for packages over 13 oz. If the items is found to be correct then the customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning the items to them. If the customer chooses not to pay for shipping in order to return the product back to them it is considered abandoning their goods.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
